Show detailsHide details
- Cleanliness: Mixed signals: some guests praise cleanliness ('propre', 'temizlik'), but there are serious sanitation concerns—reports of poor kitchen hygiene and guests suffering food poisoning, plus smoking in rooms and common areas.
- Service: Generally positive staff mentions ('Çok iyi personel', professional evening shows staff), though some operational lapses (lack of enforcement around smoking and noise) were reported.
- Location: Consistently praised: 'location of the hotel is great', 'accès directe à la mer', 'Konum' and 'cadre magnifique'.
- Room Quality: Room-related issues: complaints about smoking in rooms and on balconies, which negatively affects room comfort and perceived quality.
- Amenities: Mixed amenities: evening shows are well regarded, but outdoor pools not heated and persistent loud late-night entertainment are negatives.
- Value for Money: Standard quality for this hotel tier
- Food and Beverage: Mixed to negative: some praise for à la carte restaurants and 'nourriture très bonne', but main dining/buffet described as 'so so' and there are serious reports of food poisoning and concerns about kitchen sanitation.
- Overall Experience: Divergent guest experiences: several guests describe an enjoyable stay (shows, staff, location), while others report severe issues—food poisoning, pervasive smoking, and loud late-night music—leading to a poor overall stay.
Watch out for: Food in main dining area is average; some guests report food poisoning · Outdoor pools not heated · Loud late-night music and entertainment · Smoking everywhere (rooms, balconies, elevators) · Crowded / many people
