✓Been there many times and each time was excellent. The puffy queen room type is the best. Room amenities are well -chosen and in high quality. This time for the first time we had a problem at check-in. We guess the employee could not find the right reservation. So we had to pay for the second time(then he paid the money back anyway) no matter our reservation was an extra-self reservation. And he gave a standard room, our reservation was for a puffy queen room. Yet we are sure It was just a confusion due to the system or a name resemblance. So thats okay, he changed the room and paid the money back as soon as we noticed the situation. On the other side It is better to re-check your reservation before you go. Everytime they welcome you and answer your phone in a warm behavior. "Mr Ali" provided late check-out with us. Which was an excellent news for us.
