The location is excellent. The staff are very nice
Upon arrival, the first room we were given had a broken air conditioner. We were then moved to a second room, but unfortunately, we found cockroaches in the bathroom and on the carpet. Eventually, we were moved to a better room, but even then The bathroom had visible mold and was extremely old and poorly maintained Breakfast was acceptable, but some of the food that was supposed to be served hot was often cold. Overall, our experience was very disappointing. Considering that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel, the level of service, cleanliness, and maintenance was far below expectations. In my opinion, it feels more like a 2-star hotel than a 4-star property. The staff were friendly, helpful, and did their best to assist us throughout our stay.
