!Très décevant, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel ! L’hôtel est sale, le personnel est peu serviable et le service laisse vraiment à désirer. Le Wi-Fi ne fonctionne pas correctement, le buffet est très limité et les serviettes ne sont même pas changées régulièrement. Nous avons également demandé un fer à repasser, mais personne ne nous l’a apporté. De plus, la chambre n’offre aucune vue. Le massage proposé par l’hôtel à 50 € est une véritable déception. La cabine de massage était sale et il n’y avait aucune ambiance propice à la détente : ni bougies, ni musique, ni parfum agréable. La prestation ne justifie absolument pas le prix demandé. Dans l’ensemble, le rapport qualité-prix est très mauvais. Entre le manque de propreté, le service médiocre et les prestations décevantes, cet hôtel est loin d’être à la hauteur de ce que l’on attend. Une expérience décevante que je ne renouvellerai pas.

✓Perfect location . Clean room friendly and helpful staff

✓Staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Location: The hotel is well located, close to Taksim Square, making it convenient for exploring the area.

!Bathroom Sink: The bathroom sink was extremely small, making it impractical to place any personal items (toiletries, etc.) around it. Noise Disturbance: There was a party on the 8th floor on Saturday night that caused significant noise disruption. I was not informed in advance that this event was taking place, which would have allowed me to plan accordingly. Water Service: When I requested water, I was only offered small bottled cups rather than standard bottles. Even though I was willing to pay for proper bottled water, this option wasn't available. Room Lighting: The lighting in the room was inadequate and needs improvement. Guest Policy: Most disappointingly, I was not permitted to receive a guest who wished to visit me during my stay, which I found unnecessary and inconvenient. Given these combined issues, my overall experience fell well short of expectations for a stay at this level.
