  • Cleanliness: Generally praised as clean or even 'spotless' in multiple reviews (daily cleaner noted), but a few guests reported room-level cleanliness issues and short/insufficient bedding.
  • Service: Staff repeatedly described as hospitable and helpful (explicit praise for Kenan, reception staff, taxi/laundry assistance); check-in/out and communication noted as smooth.
  • Location: Consistently highlighted as excellent and very central (near Istiklal, trams, buses, shops); multiple guests call the location ideal or 'buena ubicacion'.
  • Room Quality: Mixed to negative: while some rooms are comfortable and well appointed, several issues were mentioned — terrace rooms get very hot, low shower ceiling for tall guests, small blankets and other room-specific drawbacks.
  • Amenities: Some positives (air conditioning worked, rooms described as fully equipped), but notable negatives include lack of elevator for upper floors, at least one report of no electricity/coffee, and limited on-site F&B.
  • Value for Money: Multiple reviews explicitly praise the price–quality balance and describe the stay as great value, especially for budget travelers or groups.
  • Food and Beverage: Barely mentioned and when mentioned it was negative: one guest reported promised coffee was not provided (and an electricity issue affected the stay); no consistent F&B offering reported.
  • Overall Experience: Overall positive sentiment: many guests called the stay excellent, quiet most nights, and would return/recommend; some weekend noise and room-specific issues tempered a few stays.

Watch out for: No elevator — stairs up several floors (problematic for seniors or heavy luggage) · Terrace rooms can be uncomfortably hot and not worth booking in summer · Low shower ceiling — uncomfortable for guests over ~170 cm · Some rooms reported cleanliness issues; bedding (blankets) may be short · At least one report of no electricity and promised coffee not provided
