- Cleanliness: Multiple guests specifically praised cleanliness: rooms described as clean, no unpleasant odors, renovated and well-maintained.
- Service: Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful (several mentions by name); one notable service issue with billing/taxi on departure tempered an otherwise positive service impression.
- Location: Consistently highlighted as a strong point: central, close to Beşiktaş and the waterfront, many guests praised the view and convenience.
- Room Quality: Mixed notes: rooms often small but clean and renovated with good furniture; some guests reported not receiving the advertised sea view and one mentioned a mattress that was too soft.
- Amenities: Mixed to negative: breakfast and free parking noted positively, but several mentions of limited in-room facilities (suggestion for capsule coffee) and 'almost no facilities' in smaller rooms.
- Value for Money: Negative signals: at least one guest explicitly said 'Not valued for money' and others noted extra/unresolved charges (taxi/booking) and refund/billing issues affecting perceived value.
- Food and Beverage: Generally positive: breakfast described as a classic Turkish breakfast and tasty; no major negative comments about food.
- Overall Experience: Overall many guests called the stay 'perfect' or recommended the hotel, though administrative issues (billing, taxi) and small-room complaints left some mixed experiences.
Watch out for: Small rooms / limited space · Limited in-room amenities (e.g., no capsule coffee) · Value for money concerns · Billing/checkout and prebooked taxi issues · Some guests did not receive advertised sea view · Mattress reported as too soft by one guest

Colazione molto buona e ricca. Camere silenziose.
