The only good thing to come out of this apartment was the location.
Where do I start … do not be fooled by the pictures. The apartment is grim, dirty and deceiving. The place looks like it’s falling apart and needs major maintenance. The owner and workers are absolutely horrible and probably the worse experience I have ever had. Probably one of the worst places I have ever stayed in. I needed to find another place and they refused to refund me.

Очень серый, убогий, старый номер, реальность которого сильно хуже размещенных фото, сантехника (душевая) в ужасном состоянии, напор воды никакой, горячая вода не горячая, а теплая и имеет свойство заканчиваться. Ремонта это помещение не видело очень давно. В номере были насекомые, даже писать страшно. Кухня старая, дряхлая, обшарпанная. Смена полотенец и белья за неделю была один раз. Само белье тоже заслуживает внимания - серое, застиранное, очевидно, что после гостей оно стирается обычным способом, ни о какой обработке, автоклаве, кипячении не идет и речи. Кстати, сушиться это белье будет прямо у дверей вашей комнаты на улице на сушилке (номер был на первом этаже). Хозяева объекта размещения в гостях не заинтересованы, никакого намека на сервис и доброжелательность, вся коммуникация направлена на то, чтобы гости поскорее оставили в покое с просьбами. Стоит отметить, что у объекта размещения нет ресепшен, это просто гостевой дом с комнатами и двором, запертым на ключ! В момент заселения мы не смогли попасть на территорию, вынуждены были с чемоданами ходить по соседям и спрашивать как попасть внутрь, просить соседей связаться с хозяином, ожидать его прихода! Был дождливый вечер. Я не понимаю положительных отзывов об этом месте, ведь кроме локации и месторасположения, в нем нет ничего хорошего и даже сильно наоборот. Двор - это громко сказано, маленькая не облагороженная территория. К сожалению, фото нет, только скрины с видео, по запросу могу направить само видео, прикрепить сюда не получилось.
