Все очень хорошо. Сами апартаменты хорошие, не жарко потому что дому очень очень много лет .
Сантехника и розетки старенькие уже, в ванной нету держателя для полотенец. Ну как нету, остатки от него виднеются. Розетки не держатся в стенах, особенно одна розетка за холодильником ( В целом это можно было бы исправить за короткий срок.
