Great location
Nothing
Excellent location, walkable to all historic sites and bazzar's. Very helpful and friendly staff. Quaint old, restored building. No fridge in my room yet others had one. Nice quiet elevator. Stylish old-world interiors.
Shower water was never hot every day, but the sink water was, Tap/Faucet in shower came off in my hand reported but not repaired, hard to adjust which outlet the water was coming from, The rain shower hand shower or bath filler from due to broken fixture. mostly all three at once. Tub didn't drain properly during showering. Lights on either side of bathroom mirror only one worked, not fixed after reported. Shower over bathtub with high sides made entry and exit dangerous and awkward. Hot breakfast cold and soggy. Mattress sloped to one side.
The staff were all go accommodating- couldn’t be more helpful. The best hotel staff I’ve come across.
