Kahvaltıda sunulan "pişiler" harikulade. Çeşit yeterli düzeyde. Ayvalık'ın kalbinde bulunan otel kentin enerjisine uygun olarak sade, gösterişsiz ancak son genel anlamda ihtiyaçlara cevap veren bir mekan.
Mimari açıdan mümkün mü bilemiyorum ama otelin güneybatı yüzüne bakan odalarında bulunan pencereler iyi dizayn edilmiş olarak tam açılabilse deniz ve akşam güneşi odaların ruhunu çok daha çekici kılabilirdi.

es roch leider durchgehend nach gebratenem Öl. (“pişi” gabs zum Frühstück, der Geruch blieb aber fortbestehen. unten gab es immer live musik. uns hat es nicht gestört - im Gegenteil, wir hatten Spaß dabei. aber die Musik war schon sehr laut, sodass man sich vermutlich nicht ausruhen könnte, wenn man hierfür Ruhe/ Stille benötigt. Reinigung gab es nur auf explizitem Wunsch. Es war aber immer sauber.
