The hotel staff were very helpful.during our stay. They helped us with our balloon ride and it went amazingly well. We stayed in a room with a Jacuzzi and the view was stunning.We will definitely come back to stay for next year.

Der Hotelmanager Ferdi war sehr nett, aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und immer sehr schnell mit allen Lösungen, die man so brauchte. Darüber hinaus waren die Hoteleigentümer auch vor Ort und haben wirklich alles mit so großer Freundlichkeit für uns ausgeführt, was man sich nur vorstellen kann. Vom Frühstück bis hin zum Transfer in andere Ortschaften oder zum Flughafen. Es wurde alles sofort und super gut ausgeführt. Unser Höhlen-Zimmer hatte einen eigenen sehr sauberen und warmen Pool, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Tolles Erlebnis. Das Frühstück war ausgiebig und sehr gut. Wir würden das Hotel jedem weiterempfehlen.
Eigentlich gar nichts. Es war alles super.
