This is not a 5 star hotel. I would give it 2-3 stars only. The staff are rude. Asking for a pillow its like you asking for real gold. They treat you like you are going to rob them whenever you ask for something. Nobody treats you like a guest. I dont recommend this hotel for the value of money I paid.

Non ricordo qualcosa che avrebbe potuto piacermi.
Molte cose purtroppo. Ho girato il mondo e conosco molto bene come si classifica un hotel. Albergo molto vecchio in posizione molto vicino alla metro ma distante dal centro, bisogna rientrare a mezzanotte come cenerentola. Colazione buona ma non mi hanno permesso di portare la tazza di caffè in camera che per un 5 stelle non è accettabile. Stanza pulita ma molto rumorosa (hotel ubicato ai bordi di una autostrada locale traffico intenso giorno e notte) Personale abbastanza accogliente (tranne quello della sala colazione) Camera pulita con arredamento fatiscente (la potrona aveva dei buchi nella seduta) Mio errore non avrei dovuto prenotare questo albego. Ho scritto a booking chiedendo di cambiare hotel e un rimborso senza ottenere assistenza e risposta!!!!! Anche booking si è comportato male, spero nel futuro di non avere piu' disagi come questo.
