✓Great location, very good customer service including prompt communication prior to stay and the food at rooftop restaurant was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean. The facilities like coffee/tea/safe/ hair dryer/AC were useful and appreciated. Overall, the room offered excellent value for money.

!Shower cubicle floor leaked water on to the rest of the shower room and with the lack of ventilation, left the room damp and smelling musty. The room was advertised as sound proofed but it wasn't. There was a lack of cupboard space for clothes and only a few hangers for shirts etc. The carpets throughout the hotel were clean but stained and could do with a deep wash or updating.

✓The staff were incredibly kind, especially Hussien, who helped me throughout my stay and made everything much more comfortable. His support and friendly attitude truly made a difference. I really appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.

!I had an issue because I was charged twice, but the staff handled it very professionally. As soon as they realized the mistake, they refunded the money immediately. I especially appreciate Hussien for his kindness and support during my stay. Excellent customer service and hospitality.
