✓Great Experience We initially had a small issue with the cleanliness of our room, but the staff responded very quickly, changed our room, and handled the situation with great care and professionalism. Overall, we really appreciated how kind, friendly, and helpful the staff were throughout our stay. A special thank you to Emirhan at the reception, who was extremely polite, helpful, and made sure our concerns were taken care of. One thing we were slightly disappointed about was the visitor policy. Sometimes our guests were allowed to visit us without any problem, while on other occasions they were told they could only stay for around 20 minutes. We understand and respect the hotel’s rules, but our guests were only visiting or helping us and were not staying overnight. We would have appreciated more consistency and flexibility regarding short visits. Apart from that, we had a very pleasant experience and truly appreciated the team’s professionalism and kindness. We would definitely be happy to stay here again!👌🏻

✓Un très agréable séjour en famille Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour au Bursa Park Apart Hotel. C’est un hôtel magnifique, familial et situé dans un endroit calme, dans le secteur d’Osmangazi, avec un accès facile aux transports en commun. Un grand merci à tout le personnel de l’hôtel, qui est très gentil, accueillant et disponible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié leur amabilité et leur attention. Un autre grand avantage de l’hôtel est la présence, à seulement 2 minutes à pied, d’un très joli parc. Après une longue journée de visite des monuments historiques de Bursa, c’était un vrai plaisir de s’y rendre pour se détendre et se reposer. Pour les familles avec enfants, c’est également un endroit idéal : il y a des jeux pour enfants, des restaurants et même une mosquée sur place. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux familles qui souhaitent découvrir Bursa dans un cadre calme et agréable. Nous reviendrons certainement avec plaisir lors de notre prochaine visite à Bursa. ❤️ Petit point négatif : il manque une machine à laver dans l’appartement. À part cela, tout était très bien et nous avons été très satisfaits de notre séjour.
