The location, cleanliness of the hotel, and breakfast were all excellent.
The blonde receptionist is disrespectful to guests. We asked for an extra mattress for my child, and she refused. She then made us take our luggage down from the ceiling. When we stood at reception, she said, "We only booked two beds." I said, "I know that, but why are we being made to take our luggage down from the ceiling? Why didn't you just call and tell us without making us go down?" This blonde girl should leave the hotel because she is a disgrace to them.
