Bonnie City Hotel

✓The location is less than 10mins walk from old town. Hotel is located on a very quiet side street behind some businesses and nearby has local food places. 10 mins away is the more bustling tourist area of old down. Everything is in walkable distance. Lovely spacious room and showers are are amazing with great water pressure. All rooms have a AC, fridge, toiletries, etc. The breakfast buffet is a good selection of cereal, breads, yoghurt, meats and other turkish breakfast dishes. and has nice aesthetic outdoor seating too. The staff are so AMAZING and helpful. we had some issues which they sorted for us immediately and gave us a new room, they helped us booking taxis, giving advice and also helped us order in food a couple of times when we were stuck inside due to weather or a late arrival. The rain also saw a mad rush on the breakfast buffet once morning which staff did well to keep up with. All food was fresh and homemade it seemed. And also the reception lobby area smells BEAUTIFUL 😍

!Room wasn't cleaned daily despite us leaving the card on the door to request a clean. I think this is because they want the card to be hung up by 12am the night before NOT in the morning at 7/8am, so that could have been made clearer. We had some other issues that were outside their control. There was a cockroach in my first room but they did immediately move us to a new room with no fuss. I think some guest was smoking in their room as smoke alarm kept going off and corridor smelt like smoke. Its not the hotels fault though, the property and staff were not an issue. Would've enjoyed more fruit in the breakfast selection but that is not a major issue and despite these issues I would come back again!

!За 4 дня не было ни одной уборки в номере, вывесили табличку с просьбой убрать номер, один раз даже позвонили с отеля с вопросом нужна ли уборка номера, но номер так и не убрали.

✓Стильний готель, має зручне розташування, пішки можна дістатися до моря та до старого міста, персонал готелю привітний, також тут були смачні сніданки.
