Clean room and comfortable bed. Cleaning staff and serving staff were great. Location is close to markets, city centre, in a neighbourhood which is local in a way with an antique store next to it that made the stay feel cozy (the women from the store are amazing and they have very cute cats). Breakfast was good
The receptionists were all very bad to us, unkind, unwelcoming and not helpful at all. The manger especially is horrible, he was only nice and talked to you if you bought something from them and he scammed us with the trips provided by the hotel and the taxi prices in the hotel. The room was ok at best, clearly needs some repairs done to it. You could hear everyone from the rooms next, above and below you. Breakfast was not versatile.
