✓Worst hotel evvveeerrrr ابشع فندق في اسطنبول حقيقي احقر غرف و الحمام السقف بايظ و بينقط علينا ، مياه روحنا لقينا الاوضه اللي حاجزينها فيها مشكله ادونا غرفه اكير كاعتذلر و تاني يوم بعد ما فضينا الشنط قالولنا يا تدفعوا فلوس يا تسيبوا الغرفه و بيلمحوا ان هما اللي هيخشوا يشيلوا الحاجه عشان احنا كتا برا و هنرجع متاخر ! و اتاخرنا في الcheck out عن الساعه 12 ب ربع ساعه كانوا عايزين يدفعونا حقيقي انا مشفتش فندق بالعفانه دي The worst hotel in Istanbul! Honestly, I have never experienced anything this disgusting or unprofessional. The rooms are absolutely horrible, and the bathroom ceiling was damaged and literally leaking water on us! When we arrived, we were told there was a problem with the room we had booked, so they gave us a bigger room as an apology. However, the very next day, after we had already unpacked all our luggage, they told us we either had to pay extra or leave the room! What made it even worse was that they hinted they would enter our room and remove our belongings themselves because we were out and wouldn’t be back until late! And to top it all off, when we were just 15 minutes late checking out after 12 PM, they actually tried to charge us extra! I have genuinely never experienced such a filthy, disrespectful, and unprofessional hotel in my life. Absolutely unacceptable! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.
