Прекрасная локация: отель расположен в самом центре города. Вид из окна открывался на красивый, ухоженный парк и море. Номер просторный, чистый. В ванной комнате - большая столешница, можно было удобно все разместить. Парковку предоставили. Персонал очень любезный, стараются помочь. Завтрак подавался на крыше отеля, откуда открывался потрясающий вид на Самсун и море.
Лично мне не понравилось, что при наличии свободных номеров нам предложили номер с неисправным кондиционером. Сотрудники знали об этой проблеме, но решили, видимо, что и так сойдет. Правда, по нашей просьбе номер тут же поменяли. Сантехника в ванной комнате уже очень уставшая. Но, в принципе, это не испортило нам впечатления от отеля и самого города.
