Sea view: The room offered to us had only a partial sea view, while our Booking.com reservation clearly stated that the room included a sea view. We expected the room to match the description of our booking. Communication with staff: The English level of the staff was quite limited, and some staff members did not speak English at all. This made communication and getting assistance unnecessarily difficult. Breakfast: The breakfast selection was quite limited and did not meet our expectations. For the price of the hotel, we expected a much better variety and quality. Value for money: Overall, the hotel is quite expensive compared with other hotels in the region, and even compared with some hotels we have stayed at in Istanbul. Considering the price we paid, the overall experience did not justify the cost.
Staff great, check in flowed easily. Breakfast very good! Parking great. Bed comfortable. Facilities pretty good 👍🏻
1 tiny blanket supplied. Had a buy a swim cap for 300lr to use the indoor pool. Out of the way location.
