The room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the value for money was good. The stay itself was positive.
I stayed for business and had already requested an invoice at the time of booking, providing the company details and VAT number. During my stay, I asked the hotel again for the invoice, but I was told to contact Booking.com. After clarifying that the accommodation invoice should be issued by the property, I sent another message but received no reply. For business travellers, this is an important issue.
It was easy to get to from the airport since we arrived in the middle of the night. The lady at breakfast vas friendly and the selection of items was good.
There was a dangerous electrical installation in the bathroom and the room was a bit tired with trimmings coming away around the doors. There was also no proper duvet but only a thin blanket on the bed. It was so late so we had no energy to go and ask for any so my girlfriend resorted to using my jacket for warmth. Too expensive for what it is.
