Otel süper. Hizmet de çok üstün. Memnun kaldım demek sanki yetersiz geliyor. Bir daha kismet olur da Yalova'da termal ötelere gidersem, Black Bird otel den başka bir yer düşünmem. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim.
Her anlamda konforlu ve rahatlatıcı bir dinlence sunuyor. Herkes çok güler yüzlü. Her yer tertemizdi. İç rahatlıyla tekrar gelinebilir ve çevremize önerebileceğimiz bir deneyimdi.
Termal kültürü olan bir aileyiz. Personel son derece güleryüzlü ve pozitif. Otel donanımında yıpranmışlık yok. Odada termal su ve küvet bir ayrıcalık. Su analizi ile ilgili bilgi dokümanı istemiştim.
