Wenn ich 0 Sterne geben könnte würde ich das lieber machen. Es war dreckig, es hat gestunken, kaputte Fliesen um den Pool, „all inclusive“ ohne dass es Essen gab! Wir sind angereist und haben innerhalb der ersten 30 Minuten gemerkt wie eklig das Hotel ist. Unser Zimmer (gebuchtes NICHTRAUCHER Zimmer) hat nach RAUCH und Schimmel gerochen. Ich habe mich am Klopapierhalter in unserer Toilette beim ersten Gang darauf am Finger geschnitten, weil der so scharf und verrostet war. Wir hatten Ohrstäbchen auf dem Boden im Zimmer und einen Fleck auf dem Kissen. Der Boden war generell unglaublich dreckig. Meine Kinder wollten essen und alles was sie von dem all inclusive Angebot wollten gab es nicht. Selbst Wasser funktionierte nicht aus dem Spender. In der Essenshalle war es voll mit Katzen und hat gestunken. Der Kinderpool war ebenfalls dreckig und die reinste Katastrophe. Wir sind nach mehreren Gesprächen mit dem Personal am nächsten Morgen abgereist. Sie haben keine Anstalten gemacht uns entgegen zu kommen. Eine unglaubliche Frechheit! Bitte nicht buchen!!
