!Very disappointing stay. Communication was one of the biggest issues because most of the staff didn't understand or speak English well, which made it very difficult to explain any problems. The air conditioner in our room was leaking throughout our stay. We reported it several times, and every time we were told someone would fix it, but nothing was ever done. The issue remained unresolved until we checked out. Whenever we tried to complain, the staff would simply say "okay" or promise to handle it, but no action was taken. Another disappointing experience was that when I went to complain again about the air conditioner, the first thing they asked was whether I had paid for the bottled water. In most hotels, complimentary water is provided in the room, so this was surprising. The coffee machine was another issue. We received only two coffee capsules during the first two days, and after that, every additional capsule was charged, which was not clearly explained. Overall, the customer service was poor, communication was difficult, and the hotel did not respond properly to guests' concerns. Unfortunately, I would not recommend staying here.

!for the checkout it was a bit messy , front staff wasn't speaking English at all , even the one on the phone , the second one neither , I was asking to pay promptly even if my stay was fully paid in the advance , so big misunderstanding
