✓The staff was very good...always ready to assist me with all guide information....Recommend a smaller quiet hotel with simple pleasures

✓When we entered, we realised it was not the same rooms as pictures and on booking confirmation, we had 2 double beds, 2 single and 2 sofa settee for 5 people but there was 2 double and 1 settee. Upon asking we were told this is it. Rooms were clean but toilets were unbearable stinky (probably tiles glue) and toilet was not fixed with the floor so it was shaky. One day for few hours there was no water and no warning was given in advance. Second room with no window, opened in a storage room which door couldnt be locked which was unsafe. View from first room window is old broken building with large commercial bin in front where they can come at 2 in the night to collect which is noisy. Staff was nice and polite and helpful. I beleive with a bit of effort this place can be a better place as this is in the hub.
