Staff couldn't understand or speak English, no A/C in hallways, food smells bad some days, all fun activities were in Turkish not English and property needs renovation.
Bera otel 5 yıldız hakkını veriyor. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Oda temizliği, yemekleri, havuzlar , animasyonu özellikle bayanlar havuzunda çok eğlendik animasyon ekibi süper hepsine çok teşekkür ederim özellikle Gizeme çok ilgilendiler bizimle. Hizmet on numara kesinlikle tavsiye edebileceğim bir otel. Zaten yılın en iyi helal oteli ödülünü almış. Otel müdürü Ruhat hanımı ve ekibini tebrik ediyorum. 5 gece 6 gün unutulmaz bir tatil yaptık tekrar teşekkür ederim Bera Alanya..
