- Cleanliness: Multiple guests described the property as spotlessly clean and tidy with quality bedding; one guest noted cleaning occurred only once during a stay and another mentioned initial chill on first day—minor issues but overall excellent cleanliness.
- Service: Host (Aleyna) repeatedly praised for being highly accommodating, responsive via WhatsApp, providing concierge-like tips, welcome coffee/candies and excellent communication—service is outstanding.
- Location: Consistently highlighted as excellent and extremely convenient — directly next to Galata Tower and close to public transport, restaurants and Istiklal Street.
- Room Quality: Rooms described as clean, comfortable with good beds and quiet at night; minor drawbacks mentioned include AC only in the living area (not bedrooms) and a flight of stairs despite an elevator.
- Amenities: Well-equipped kitchen amenities, complimentary tea/coffee/mineral water, robes and slippers reported; elevator available and overall modern, well-furnished apartments.
- Value for Money: Not frequently called out explicitly, but given the high location convenience, strong service and good amenities guests imply very good value.
- Food and Beverage: Guests appreciated welcome coffee and complimentary in-room beverages; no full on-site F&B offerings mentioned, so positive but limited scope.
- Overall Experience: Overall overwhelmingly positive impressions — many guests described their stay as exceptional, perfect or would definitely return, reflecting an excellent overall experience.
Watch out for: Some morning street noise reported · AC only in living area, not in bedrooms for some units · Elevator starts from first floor; one flight of stairs required · Cleaning during longer stays reported as limited · Limited language support (e.g., Russian not spoken) for some guests

The property is well situated near the Galata tower with cafes and shops close by. The apartment was lovely, the beds were comfortable and the staff were super helpful and friendly. Despite it being in a busy area it was very quiet at night. Other tourist attractions were very accessible from here.
Nothing at all.
Najvacsi bonus na tomto ubytovani bola pani (asi) majitelka - velmi ochotna, so vsetkym pomohla, zabookovala nam vylet, dokonca ked bola dcera chora tak poradila nemocnicu, zohnala taxik - skvela komunikacia cez whatsapp.
