The location.
City noise. There is some construction going on in the hotel or around with strange noise all through the day. But not much noticeable. When there is a rush in breakfast, the staff sometimes does not cooperate and we had to talk to the hotel manager who sorted things out. When it was time to checkout, the hotel was not very accommodating and asked us to rush out after an hour.
