✓Very welcoming, very helpful and very friendly staff, I really appreciate the kind communication of the hotel managers, we had very joyful time in the hotel, especially the location was very comfortable, hotel staff if I am not mistaken Alladeen and Shahin were very friendly and helpful, they always offered their best. Once called a taxi and tried to even negotiate the ride fee for me! For the hotel staff I would say 10 out 10

!Well, only thing is that dissappointed (a little) was rooms conditions. Rooms seems out a little bit depreciated and blankets were clean but it did not smell much fresh.

✓Хорошее расположение в Коньяалты, до пляжа недалеко. Персонал очень выручил нас в сложной ситуации: наш рейс переносили шесть раз подряд, и в отеле спокойно отнеслись к нашим метаниям с выездом и хранением вещей. Очень доброжелательные люди, которые никогда не отказывают в помощи. Мы им искренне благодарны!

!Отель немного уставший, многое давно просит ремонта. Но претензий нет совсем — мы знали об этом заранее.
