The hotel room was clean and various facilities were available. The beds are very comfortable and the bathroom was very clean. We had access to swimming pool which was very cosy.
The location was a bit off the centre and we were obliged to book uber to move to Goreme city to visit or have food. Moreover the hotel's staffs had communication problem since most of them either do not undertand or do not speak english - it is imperative that if staffs deals with tourist to know at least english as a mandatory language. We also booked and paid for 2 rooms and on arrival, the staffs could not read or understand their booking system to see our reservation and it became irritating for us.
All the staff were very helpful with whatever we needed. The property itself is one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at.
Wij zijn ontzettend tevreden over ons verblijf. Het hotel was erg schoon en het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er worden veel faciliteiten en mogelijkheden aangeboden. Wij verbleven met ons kindje van 2,5 jaar en voelden ons hier erg welkom. Ook de roomservice was uitstekend: het eten werd lekker warm bezorgd en was heerlijk van smaak. We hebben daarnaast genoten van een massage, waarbij ons kindje gezellig bij ons mocht blijven. Dit vonden wij erg fijn en gastvrij.
Eigenlijk niets. Wij zijn heel tevreden geweest over ons verblijf en hebben geen negatieve punten ervaren.
