- The staff were all very friendly and helpful. - The place is great value for money. - Room was clean.
- I requested an early check in, which was approved by the staff as far as I could tell, however when I arrived, the room was not ready and I had to wait for 5 hours or so. - This is not the fault of the hotel, but the location is at the bottom of a massive hill from the majority of public transport and tourist sites, so is not ideal for those with mobility issues or as convenient as you may think. I advise you use the T6/U3 line from Kumkapi Railway Station. It is listed as a tram by Google Maps, but is actually a commuter rail line. Look for signs for both and you'll be on the same line. The walk there is flat and you'll be able to get around much easier.
