部屋はきれい。エアコン、冷蔵庫、TVがありどれもしっかり機能する。トイレ、バススペースも十分なスペースがある。立地は最高。周りにきれいなレストラン街や長い商店街があり散策が楽しく、食事もよりどりみどり。衣類など物価も安い。一階の商店の主人がオーナーなのでチェックインは容易。

地下鉄の駅からは30分弱歩く。急な坂もある。
