A quiet family-run hotel. Hospitable and welcoming hosts. A peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Located next to a park and not far from the city center—just a 10-minute walk away. Excellent breakfast. We really enjoyed everything.

Great location. Rooms are very comfortable with all the facilities that you need. The Turkish breakfast is amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome even with the language barrier. I can highly recommend this for location and friendliness and food. Well definitely come back.
Odalar çok temiz ve çok güzeldi. Kahvaltının çeşitliliğini tarif etmek ise mümkün değil. Arzu hanım işini çok severek yapıyor. Misafirlerine aileden biri gibi davranıyor. Çok yardımsever. Akyakada daha güzel bir işletme bulunması imkansıza yakın denilebilir. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz.
