!My evaluation (complaints) to the hotel is as follow: - Severe water leak from the roof, disgusting and often comes from the toilet/bathroom upstairs. Damaged our clothes and belongings. - AC not working, and when they fixed it partially (one of two Air-conditions unit was working) it goes of every night, which require us to call and have them reset it from the control unite in the reception. - Bedding (linens) is terrible. and too small for the double bed, even when the fixed bed made partially it goes of every night. - At booking.com the hotel is posted as is 4 stars, what we sow and what stated on the reception is that this hotel is only 3 stars. - Bathroom smelly and nasty. - The shower cabin without a curtain or a glass door that closes, resulting in water splashing everywhere in the bathroom when showering. - Leakage from the roof in the shower is coming from the above bathroom, most likely. (not only dropping, but water pours down). - Sounds from the sewage system are coming from the ceiling. - Save box out of order - Door handle was very loose, eventually broke and we were looked in until we called and they sent someone to open it and fixed it. - Breakfast is bad and lacks variety, even in basic items like coffee, for example. - The card that unlocks the room door often does not work., which made me go to have it reseted by the reception every time we come to the hotel. - Every time we complain to the hotel manager, they give us a new room, and that in itself، I mean, moving from room to room، is exhausting and tiresome. - Although the hotel staff claim to be surprised of haw bad the problems and say the it just happened, it is very obvious and clear that this is the hotel's actual situation rating for quite long time, and they kept trying to deny. - The proof to that they kept trying to appease us and make us accept the situation, for example by changing rooms to upgraded once more the one time.

✓Die Lage ist central gelegen , das Personal ist zuvor kommend und sehr freundlich , das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche übrig. Bei Rückreise direkt ein Tag zusätzlich gebucht. Empfehlenswert, Top Hotel .
