The hotel facilities are new and comfortable. The swimming pool and sauna are free and enjoyable. Breakfast is rich and delicious. In particular, the lady leader of the SPA section was very warm, polite and caring. The sauna room is spacious and transparent (literally).
Every little thing. Staff is so attentive and accomodative, locations very close to the beaches and restaurants. Spa facilities and turkish hammam also very great. You got free beach lounge and umbrella and beach towel too. Decent breakfast quality.
Great hotel. We drove and parked right outside. Had a family room which was lovely. You had free access to two private beach resorts. We went to one for a few hours to swim and it was great.
Pool was freezing! Prob great in the summer when it's really hot. About 30 min outside the centre, the local area around hotel isnt the best. We had our own transport so it was fine. Windows at hotel dont keep noises out. Lots of street dogs barking at night.
Sehr nettes Personal. In allen Bereichen war dad Personal sehr freundlich Frühstück war sehr gut, Hotel ist sehr sauber, neu und in der Umgebung sind viele Supermärkte Die Betten sind sehr bequem
Eigener Strandbereich wurde angegeben aber leider nur Kooperation mit zwei Beachclubs. In den Beachclubs hat man zwar kostenlos Liegen und Schirme aber Personal unfreundlich und erlaubt keine mitnahme von Speisen oder Getränken. Sehr unfreundlich und respektlos wurde uns am Bamboo Beach das Wasser aus der Hand gerissen obwohl wir Hotelgäste sind. Meiner 83 Jahre alten Großmutter wurde die Wasserflasche aus der Hand gerissen.
