✓The hotel was fine overall. It's in a good location, close to the metro and bus, and just a few minutes' walk from the tram. I'd like to give a special thank you to Elsadig, the receptionist, who was wonderful. He helped us with everything from day one, and he is the best thing about the hotel. Thank you, my friend!

!The hotel stairs were very narrow, so if you are traveling with elderly people or anyone who struggles with stairs, they will be a problem. There is no view. When we first checked in, the balcony door in our room wouldn't close, and the balcony itself was very dangerous, so we wanted to change hotels. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible: the owner wanted me to pay extra just to cancel, so that he wouldn't lose money, even though the problem was the hotel's fault. They did move us to rooms on the first floor, so going up and down the stairs wasn't too hard. The rooms weren't very clean, to be honest. They never clean under or behind the bed, and they don't clean every day. For the money, don't expect too much. Overall, I think it's a fair deal, especially for one or two people, but if you're a family, I recommend spending a bit more and getting something nicer.
