The 1st night they put us in a room in the corner of the property where apparently the vent for the kitchen past…. And throughout the night there was a continuous loud banging from the vent… so we got no sleep. Even so the following morning they quickly moved us to another room which everything was good. It’s a pity as the hotel is in a good location good staff, and good breakfast… however they knew about the problem but still put us in there… we were in a suite 6 th floor …. conectarea la wi-fi cu pasapaort european este cvasi imposibila. Mini-bar-ul este prohibitiv de scump. chelnerii si personalul nu prea cunosc nici o limba de circulatie internationala. Circulatia intre etaje, nu este posibila fara cartela de camera. relatiile personalului cu taximetria clandestina surclaseaza orice tentativa personala de a circula cu uber sau soferi de incredere. DAR... let's face it, asta e Istanbul, profunzimea Balcanilor si epifania asiei
