There’s nothing to like about the property.
The hotel completely ruined our istanbul experience. Totally a waste of money. Avoid at all cost if you are looking for a comfortable stay. I cannot list everything down here. But to start with we were given a small dungeon looking room on our first day of stay because the room that we booked was given to someone else. On top of that, we had to ask the staff multiple times next morning for the room that we paid for in the first place. They tried to delay the situation again and again. Apart from this, management/staff is extremely rude. They would treat you as you are living there for free. To add up, the room smells bad. Bathrooms were quite dirty. We had to call for cleaning multiple times and they never visited once in our 4 days stay there. Overall rating 0/10, totally ruined our istanbul experience.
