Very clean and stunning view of Mt. Ararat. Spacious rooms.
It’s a bit expensive for location and along a noisy road/highway.
It had lots of parking compared to most of the other hotels that we stayed in. That’s over 20 hotels in Turkey.
There was no heat in the room, and the temperature was near 0C outside. When reception was advised of the situation, we were informed that the heat would be turned on at 7:00pm, It was turned on but during the night it was turned off. That night the temperature went below 0 and it snowed. We left the next morning even though we had paid for two nights. We we left in the morning we left a note with young man at the reception desk since he didn’t speak English. The note asked that a refund be considered. We have not heard and doubt that we will.
