The staff is helpful and kind. We got an update room because only five hours stay and they have better room available. Nice view
The shower head was broken and water splashed out.
Guys on reception were really friendly and helpful. I came with my bike and they were accommodating with finding space for it. Very good English spoken (and some other languages I think). Staff work very hard to help guests here! Room was really nice and comfortable. Good price for the quality of the hotel.
A recepção foi muito atenciosa, o quarto era pequeno mas o suficiente limpo e confortável. A região é muito boa com fácil acesso a pé aos principais pontos turisticos.
Compramos um jantar em um barco com bebidas alcoolicas inclusas no hotel que intermediava o serviço, mas não fomos avisados da limitação de apenas dois tipo de bebidas acabamos pagando a mais e no barco nos disseram que o hotel deveria ter nos avisado.
