✓The resort had everything you wanted: several adult swimming pools, aqua fit exercises, the water park with 2 swimming pools for younger children and pools for adults. There were about 11 slides for children and 13 for adults. There was a children's playground (shaded) and entertainment for children. There was also massage and doctor's facility on site. The beach was clean and there were plenty of beach chairs. Staff was friendly and helpful.

!As part of the all inclusive package it was advertised free hammam. We were also told at the reception of the hotel it is included, it was written on the leaflet we were given and even one of the workers in the spa told us the hammam is free. However, when I went to book a session, the male at the reception told us that it costs 35 euro. When I challenged him on this and told him about the leaflet and the reception staff, he said that hammam is actually a shower, which I can take for free, but if I want any of the foam treatment and peel, I would need to pay. I don't mind paying for a service, but as it was advertised as included in the stay and has been confirmed by a colleague, I really felt they were trying to trick me. He was also very rude and aggressive in his manierism. Another very unpleasant issue was the medical service. My partner became unwell and went to the GP service onsite. After being seen by the GP, they refused to give him the prices for the medical procedures they recommended. Then, when the bill came, they quoted him 700 euro. He asked for a bill to see what he was charged for, but they refused to provide same. He managed to get a sneaky peak and took a picture. He was charged € 120 for a 3rd GP visit that never took place (so in total 360 euro for 3 visits) and was charged in excess of €40 for administering the antibiotic, around 35 euro for being kept under supervision (while he was also charged for the GP visit at the same time), €32 for having an IV drip fitted and another €30+ for the IV line itself. When my husband challenged the 3rd GP visit (that never took place) and a few other services they had on the bill, they reduced it by € 200. Third pretty serious issue, upon checking with the hotel, I was advised that staff are well aware of food allergies and management. However it was clear from day one that they had very little awareness & I was served food that contained the allergen that I should avoid.
