Мы забронировали жильё через Booking.com на 5 человек, но по приезде оказалось, что для нас нет свободного места — его отдали другим людям. В итоге нам предложили всего 3 места в одной комнате, что совершенно не соответствовало нашим потребностям. Нам обещали сделать скидку за доставленные неудобства, но в итоге скидку так и не предоставили. Более того, нас просили самостоятельно отменить бронирование через сайт, но мы отказались, после чего обещание о скидке было отменено. Также пытались списать деньги с нашего счёта, а затем отменить бронирование. Впечатление от такого отношения крайне негативное. Само жильё тоже разочаровало: грязно, очень тесно, условия неудобные. В одну комнату пытаются разместить слишком много людей. Не рекомендую это место! Сервис ненадёжный, условия проживания не соответствуют ожиданиям, а отношение к клиентам оставляет желать лучшего. Если не хотите испортить себе поездку и столкнуться с подобными проблемами, лучше выбрать другое жильё.
Nonostante la prenotazione la struttura non aveva una stanza disponibile perché in overbooking, proprietario scortese e staff altrettanto. Non hanno trovato una soluzione se non volerci portare in motorino in un'altra struttura oltretutto pagando il triplo del prezzo che avevamo pagato. Direi che già la scortesia e il non saper gestire una struttura sono indice di mal gestione. State lontani
