!Wehn we arrived no one was at the reception. There were 3 Telephonenumbers on the dash. We called all multiple times and after long time someone took the call was busy and told someone is coming. Nothing happened. Like 10 people were waiting for getting theirs rooms. We were so exhausted from travelling and asked someone to call us wnen somebody from reciption arrives. We went to a restaurant to eat. After 5 h of waiting finally somebody arrived but they brought us to a different hotel. Everything dirty and not even close to what we booked. But we allready payed on booking without refound(biggest mistake). If we woluldnt had payed allready we would have gone somewhere else but we were afraid not to have a bed to sleep because it was allready midnight when we came to our room. So dont go to this hotel! I cant imagine how the still have customers and such a good review on booking and maps.

✓It was a great find, clean and very friendly staff. Close to restaurants and walking distance to many tourist attractions. Bathroom was clean and got fresh towel daily.

!It's a bit old, some things need replacement.
