Great view of the tower from the balcony! Breakfast at the nearby restaurant were delicious!
The staff were welcoming and helpful. The reception team provided excellent assistance throughout my stay, and the return transfer was very well organised. The breakfast was outstanding and highly recommended. The room with a view of Galata Tower was absolutely beautiful. I also appreciated the manager’s prompt response and apology when I reported the cleanliness issues. Booking transfers and excursions directly through the hotel is also a good option, as their prices are fair.
Unfortunately, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival: the bed was full of hair, the shower and towels were dirty, the cups were unclean, the spoons and door handles were sticky, and there were coffee stains on the mirror and old cobwebs. The marble shower floor was extremely slippery, and I slipped and nearly fell. An anti-slip solution is urgently needed for guest safety. The old hairdryer also overheated quickly, vibrated in my hand and smelled of burning plastic, making it unsafe to use. With better housekeeping and attention to these safety issues, the hotel could offer a much better experience.
