Nous avons vraiment eu peur pour notre sécurité. L’ambiance autour et dans l’hôtel était très inquiétante et nous ne nous sentions pas du tout en sécurité. Dès le premier jour, le personnel ne nous a même pas présenté l’hôtel ni expliqué les différents services disponibles. L’accueil était vraiment décevant et l’atmosphère générale assez glauque. De plus, il n’y avait plus de Wi-Fi au 5ᵉ étage pendant deux jours, notamment à partir de 22h, ce qui est totalement inadmissible pour un hôtel. Les alentours de l’hôtel sont également très peu rassurants, avec de nombreuses personnes au comportement inquiétant. Très mauvaise expérience. Hôtel à fuir.
