Nothing
Being greeted with a smile is standard at almost every property. But during this stay, I genuinely felt pampered. From the moment I walked in, the warmth of every staff member was palpable. The room was far more comfortable than you'd expect from a city hotel. The air quality from the climate system was truly soothing. Honestly, I didn't expect such a quiet, peaceful night's sleep in the middle of the city. Thank you to everyone who made this experience possible.
The personal care products in the bathroom could be of better quality.
Det var et dejligt hotel generelt. Jeg synes særligt loungen på 15. etage var virkelig flot og indbydende. Der var gode snacks men ingen brød til. Det virkede lidt mærkeligt. Suiten var dejlig, rummelig og med en virkelig behagelig seng.
Personalets engelskkundskaber var for dårlige. Det skabte unødige misforståelser. I poolområdet savnede jer servering. Ingen kom og spurgte om man ville have en kop kaffe eller andet. Det havde jeg forventet af et 5 stjernet hotel. Maden var gennemsnitlig.
