✓**Serious Breakfast Hygiene Concerns and No Management Response** I stayed at Anemon Konya during a business trip. As no room-only option was offered, my booking included breakfast. On the first morning, I saw several flies crawling over the cut melon and watermelon at the buffet. I immediately informed the restaurant staff and reception. That evening, I was told that the restaurant area had been treated for pests. However, when I returned to breakfast the following morning, I saw flies crawling directly on the sliced cheese. I have attached a photo documenting what I observed. I stopped using the breakfast service and requested a refund of the prepaid breakfast charge to my company. Despite asking repeatedly throughout my stay, I received neither a clear response nor a refund. No manager contacted me to discuss the incident or my complaint. This is not about food variety or personal taste. It is about basic food hygiene and management accountability. This was an unacceptable experience for a hotel presenting itself as a five-star establishment.
