دورة المياه تحتاج صيانه وكذلك لو توفر مروحه يكون افل لان الجو بارد بالخارج ولكن لايخل داخل الغرفه امواقف السيارات صعب الصعودلها ولايوجد عماله لنقل العفش للغرف
