Very good location, great staff.
The hotel needs a little updating.
We get upgrade to bigger room, it was nice with balcony. The room itself was fine, well equipped and clean. The service changed the towels each day, even if you not asking for it. The beds are good and the bathroom/toilet is also good.
No one can speak even english properly. The breakfast was all time the same, it started from 7 but at 7:30 if something is finished, that was not reloaded, even if its 'dead-season' in middle of October and the hotel was not full, max 30%. The foods were cold, the pastries were short stock and when its gone then its finished. The waiters and members in kitchen and dining area are not speaking any language, asking for something and they dont understand what you said. Its a bit frustrating comparing to the level what the hotel want to show about itself.
