!Piscine trop petite Pas de prise téléphone dans les chambres Pas de stores corrects abîmés et non fermants Facture nettoyage réglée en espèces et non encaissés cela a valut des messages et des propos déplaces nous interdisant de revenir sur le sol turc !!! Chambre pas nettoyée tous les jours hormis les chambres supérieures Très déçue heureusement que notre séjour a Istanbul c est très bien passé

✓When we arrived we had to wait a long time to check in. We were eventually taken to our room. It was not the room that we had booked. There was no balcony, we had specifically booked a room with a balcony, there was no modern luxury bathroom, we had booked a room with a modern luxury bathroom,there was not even tea and coffee making facilties, we had booked......we spoke to reception and were told there was no other room available and to ask the next day. We asked the next day and within an hour we had a room with a balcony, a luxury bathroom etc etc. This room must have been available the day before as it was too early to have been checked out and cleaned. A very dissapointing start which was not necessary. After that the room was lovely and the breakfast was good. Just be sure you get the room you booked.

✓Beautiful old Ottoman building (with Roman carvings in the courtyard!) right in centre of Antalya old town. Fabulous breakfast, lovely pool and wonderfully quirky room.
