Pire hôtel, à fuir absolument ! Malgré notre réservation confirmée et payée, le réceptionniste nous annonce à notre arrivée que nos deux chambres sont indisponibles et nous propose un appartement à proximité. Nous refusons et demandons un remboursement, qu’il refuse également après avoir passé un appel. Ce n’est qu’après avoir menacé d’appeler la police qu’il passe un nouvel appel et que, comme par magie, nos chambres deviennent disponibles ! En plus de cet accueil inadmissible, le bruit insupportable des ascenseurs nous empêchait de dormir et le petit-déjeuner était de mauvaise qualité. Une expérience catastrophique, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel !
Hiç temiz değildi odalarda böcek çıktı Banyoda kanalizasyon kokusu vardı. Rezervasyonumuz bir gün daha olmasına rağmen erkenden çıkmak zorunda kaldık.
