We stayed at this hotel with my boyfriend from October 9th, checking in at around 2 PM. Our first impression was terrible. The Russian-speaking receptionist kept us waiting for about 20 minutes, even though I told him I was tired and just wanted our room. He kept asking for €20 as a tip, promising to arrange a better room. This was very unpleasant and unprofessional. The rooms are old and worn out, the renovation is terrible, and the doors are in very poor condition. The corridors smell of sewage, and the soundproofing is awful. I left €20 on the bedside table, and the money disappeared after the housekeeper had been in the room. I reported it, but nobody helped me. The food is repetitive, with practically the same dishes served every day. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel!
Terrible service, AC was leaking, cleaners walked in while we were sleeping without knocking, ants in bed, not a clean room at all by any standards, food gave us a food poisoning
