Wir waren vom 09.10. bis zum 14.10. für fünf Tage gemeinsam mit meiner Mutter in diesem Hotel. Die Reise war ein ganz besonderes Geschenk zu ihrem 65. Geburtstag – ich wollte ihr eine schöne Zeit in der Türkei schenken. Wir sind rundum begeistert und sehr zufrieden! Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die Kompetenz, Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des gesamten Hotelpersonals. Alle Mitarbeiter sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Jeder begegnet einem mit einem Lächeln und ist jederzeit bereit, bei Fragen, Wünschen oder Anliegen zu helfen und eine passende Lösung zu finden. Das gilt vom Hotelmanagement bis hin zu jedem einzelnen Mitarbeiter. Auch das Essen war hervorragend: immer frisch, lecker und abwechslungsreich. Ein besonderes Lob gilt außerdem den erstklassigen Masseuren im Spa-Bereich, die ihre Arbeit mit großer Professionalität ausführen. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Ich habe meine Entscheidung für dieses Hotel keine einzige Minute bereut und bin sehr glücklich, dass ich meiner Mutter mit dieser Reise eine so schöne Erinnerung schenken konnte.
